1. Whether graduates are employed or continue their studies within 15 months: Compared with other indicators, this is an objective and down-to-earth indicator, but onlyGuardian uses this metric for 15% of its rankings.
2. Internationalization Index : This measures the proportion of foreign professors, international students and research publications of an institution that include foreign faculty members.QS andTimes rankings accounted for 7.5% and 10% respectively
3. Research results : research income, research output, and research citations.Times accounts for 42%;QS accounts for 20%, Complete University Guide accounts for 15%
4. Teaching efficiency : This index measures teaching income, degree awards, on-time graduation and the proportion of First Honour graduates.Guardian accounts for 35%,Times accounted for 4.5,QS accounts for 10%,Complete University Guide3.3%
5. Subjective voting : employers, faculty and students conduct subjective voting on the reputation and satisfaction of the institution.QS accounts for 50%,Times accounts for 33%,Guardian accounts for 25%,Complete University GuideWanwei recommends that subjective voting should account for a smaller proportion. Ranking is more suitable because subjective voting is highly watered down.
