How to Become a Nurse in Canada
There are four types of nurses in Canada. Students can become Canadian nurses by completing a Canadian diploma , Canadian university degree or Canadian Master 's nursing course and passing the exam to obtain PN (registered nurse), RPN (psychiatric nurse), RN (registered nurse) and NP (nurse practitioner). Details are explained in the Canadian nursing course section below.
However, Canadian institutions always give priority to local students in recruiting. Although the entry threshold of Canadian nursing courses is high, diploma or degree graduates are highly paid, and local students are highly competitive. Therefore, there are very few places for international students. Therefore, you need to be careful when choosing a Canadian nursing course. Will you have a work permit (PGWP) after completion ?
